1. What is Framework Housing?
Framework Housing provides safe, affordable shared living homes in Los Angeles for adults ready to rebuild their lives. Our transitional homes offer structure, accountability, and access to community resources — helping residents move toward independence.

2. How does shared living work?
Each Framework Housing home is a shared living environment designed for comfort and community. Residents rent a bed in a furnished room shared by two people. Every home includes shared access to a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and laundry area.

3. How much does it cost to live at Framework Housing?
Rent is $800+ per bed, per month, and includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Residents may pay using employment income, SSI/SSDI, or DPSS/General Relief benefits.

4. Who is eligible to apply?
We serve men and women ages 18 and older who are:
Experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Transitioning from recovery or incarceration
Enrolled in assistance programs like DPSS or SSI/SSDI
Seeking structure, stability, and community

5. What support services are available?
Residents have access to life-skills training, employment resources, and referrals to local programs through our partnerships with:
DPSS (public assistance)
LA Metro (transportation)
AJCC WorkSource Centers (jobs & training)
Regional Centers (specialized support)
These partnerships help residents find work, continue education, and maintain stability while transitioning to permanent housing.

6. How long can residents stay?
There’s no set time limit at Framework Housing.
Residents can stay as long as they need or until they feel fully stable and ready to move forward. Our goal is to provide a supportive, consistent home environment, not rush the process of rehabilitation or transition. -
7. Where are your homes located?
Framework Housing homes are located in Los Angeles County, close to Metro bus and rail lines for convenient access to jobs, schools, and community resources. Specific addresses are shared after intake for privacy and security reasons.
